Inspect your order
upon receipt!
When ordering make
sure you order properly. We are NOT responsible for incorrect
ordering. We are NOT responsible for parts damaged by
shipper. If you check the goods and they are damaged, sign
bill of lading as "GOODS DAMAGED" and then you need to
file a claim, which the driver will provide upon request. If
the goods are not repairable, you should return them with the
driver, and they will be disposed or returned to us.
All other returns
must be pre-approved for return and have a copy of the
invoice. We will, at our option, repair or replace any product
found to be defective subject to our inspection. (i.e.
exchange, in-store credit, etc.)
Returns must be
shipped pre-paid. All freight collect or C.O.D. returns will
not be accepted.
Special orders are
not returnable and non-refundable.
*All Orders Besides Base Model Body Only And
Stock Fenders Are Considered As "Special Order Items".
Merchandise is
ineligible for return if attempt has been made to install said
merchandise. You paint-it, cut-it, drill-it, break-it, or
alter-it in anyway...YOU BOUGHT IT!!!
All items accepted
for return are subject to a 20% restock fee...NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
We will NOT accept
any returns at a show without prior notice.
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO
CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
The
Rod Shop will not be responsible for the manner in which our
products are used. Neither the seller, nor manufacturer, shall
be liable for any loss, injury, or damaged, directly or indirectly,
arising out of the use of, or the inabilities of the products.
The user of any products we sell assumes all liabilities with any
use of our products we sell. We will not be held liable
for personal or property damage caused by the use, or misuse, of any
product that we make or sell.
